The program for this vacation home revolved around family, fun and relaxation. Designed to be a getaway for year round activities, the goal was to create spaces to enjoy the outdoor living in the summer months, and the indoor living in the winter. A strong visual connection from the inside to the outdoor patio gives access to light and views. The twin gable forms are a modern interpretation of the mountain lodge vernacular and help anchor this home into the site.
