CX5 Ashane Place consists of a duplex and two single family homes on a corner lot in the Mt. Baker neighborhood. The design/build relationship on this project allowed for flexibility in the detailing process without the added cost. The exterior palette is made up of cedar and fiber cement panels. The interplay of the two materials provides unique texture and gives the composition a warm curb appeal. The Collaborative team worked closely together to provide custom design details and finishes to the speculative market with a product that everybody was proud of.
