EVOlution Projects engaged with Citizen Design for a master plan and design of 10 pre-fabricated townhomes, 6 rowhouses, a community center and a pool for their center parcel property at the base of the Snoqualmie Ski Resort. The design needed to focus on creating a year round community space with homes that took advantage of the surrounding views. The pre-fabricated townhomes were built off site during the winter months and installed onsite in the summer. The roof were made of Mass Plywood Panels and craned into place.
