A community of 150 apartments and retail spaces located a block away from the future home of the Link Light rail.
This project is about creating a connection with nature on an individual level. Every unit features private green space and balconies with north/south-facing views. The building will also feature a number of shared indoor and outdoor spaces to encourage neighborly connections and community.
