Seward Park Homes

A local developer approached the Valor team with plans to build a community of five single-family homes on a double lot in Seward Park.

Each of the light-filled homes feature a different floor plan and are oriented to encourage community connections. The oversized windows in the primary living spaces fill the homes with natural light and enhance the indoor/outdoor living experience. In more private spaces, the Valor team positioned the windows in unique modern ways—from the midline down to the floor or up to the ceiling—to maximize light without sacrificing privacy.
