Project Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience; both new construction and remodel
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Demonstrated history of leading from preconstruction through project close-out
  • Ability to lead and seamlessly coordinate architect, client, interior designer, and construction team
  • Procore construction management software proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Lead Carpenter Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant carpentry experience; skilled from frame to finish
  • Any combination of residential, multi-family residential, or commercial experience
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Full complement of tools and specialty tools
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders
