The owners approached Collaborative needing additional storage units for their storage facility. Collaborative had designed and built the previous phase in prior years. The storage addition includes 6 new storage buildings designed by Citizen Design and built by Valor Builds.
The new units are energy efficient, featuring LED lighting, high efficiency heat pumps, key-less entries, and hallway motion sensors.
