The Harvest Vine, a popular Spanish restaurant in Madison Valley, had been in their neighborhood location for a few years before outgrowing the small space. The restaurant owners approached Collaborative wanting to increase capacity and improve flow to accommodate more customers and cooks.

Working closely the client, the design team reworked the entire kitchen to create a strategic layout that prioritizes flow and function. Each tool, dish, and ingredient, has its place. That level of detail is required for a compact kitchen environment. The new layout improves flow, creates more space, and helps the restaurant run more efficiently.

The Collaborative team also renovated the basement to create a dining room and a second bar—doubling seating capacity for the restaurant.

A simple palette of copper and natural stone create the feeling of a cozy farmhouse in Spain—which is exactly how it feels inside.
